熱電阻的工作原理

熱電阻(thermal resistor)是中低溫區最常用的一種溫度檢測器。熱電阻測溫是基于金屬導體的電阻值隨溫度的增加而增加這一特性來停止溫度丈量的。它的主要特性是丈量精度高,性能穩定。其中鉑熱電阻的丈量準確度是最高的,它不只普遍應用于工業測溫,而且被制成規范的基準儀。

 

熱電阻大都由純金屬資料制成,目前應用最多的是鉑和銅,此外,如今已開端采用鎳、錳和銠等資料制造熱電阻。金屬熱電阻常用的感溫資料品種較多,最常用的是鉑絲。工業丈量用金屬熱電阻資料除鉑絲外,還有銅、鎳、鐵、鐵-鎳等。

電阻值隨溫度變化而變化這一特性來丈量溫度及與溫度有關的參數。熱電阻大都由純金屬資料制成,目前應用最多的是鉑和銅,如今已開端采用鎳、錳和銠等資料制造熱電阻。熱電阻通常需求把電阻信號經過引線傳送到計算機控制安裝或者其它二次儀表上。
